Yoga_2Support your Body in doing what it loves: Yoga is so compatible with Cycling. These small group sessions are designed specifically for the needs of a cyclist’s body.

Be you a fair-weather commuter or a long-distance tourer, Yoga brings ease to hips, hamstrings, shoulders, backs and breath as well as sharping concentration and increasing stamina. So come and stretch out, then relax with a cuppa in the cafe.

We’ve got several sessions planned, all 11.30am to 1.00pm. Dates are Sunday June 22, Sunday July 6, Sunday July 20, Saturday August 9 and Saturday August 30.

The cost is £12.50 per session. As space is limited to 5 students per session, please book in advance using the contact details below.
