We’ve now closed for good, but our Ben has set up on his own and you can find him here. He’s a very, very good mechanic and wants to make your bike work absolutely as well as it can.
Back in the day, the following was pertinent.
A set-up service costs £40 and a full service costs £95, with various options in between. Whatever you need, you should find it on our full price list here. If you don’t, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can work out for you.
Ideally, please book your bike in by calling 07856 544 471 We’ll be happy to chat about how we can help. Or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We try to keep a bit of time free each day for walk-in jobs too, so if you snap a spoke or get a puncture, please pop in.
The workshop’s open 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday and 1000 to 1730 on Saturdays. If you want to collect or drop off your bike outside those times, let us know and we can arrange for a cafe colleague to help you.
As well as servicing and repairs, we like teaching people how to look after their own bikes. There are already some great maintenance courses out there, not least those run by The Bristol Bike Project. So we do things a bit differently. We offer bespoke tuition at our standard hourly labour rate of £40 per hour, and we’ll take up to three people at a time. You tell us what you want to learn, and we’ll teach you. So it can be as little as £13.33 per hour for really hands-on learning that’ll last you a lifetime.
We sell a range of parts and accessories, so please pop in if you need lights, mudguards, or a component that you want to fit yourself. And remember that we always have 20% off our entire range of Kryptonite locks because every bike needs decent security.
