Kev and Sylvie (Spoke ‘n’ Chain) carry a Kamishibai theatre on the back of a big bicycle. With two clowns, they tell the story of Aaron Errant, a cyclist errant who sets out on his bike to follow his dream. They’ve returned to Bristol after a year touring Europe and we’re delighted to be hosting them on Thursday September 4.
Kev and Sylvie have been following, discovering and exploring the cycle routes of Europe. As offical, unofficial ambassadors of The Bristol Bike Project, they’ve been making contact with cyclists and the cycling cultures that they’re are part of. They’ve met many exciting bicycle communities and people that are invovled in bicycle recycling, critical mass, D.I.Y. bike maintenance, bike rides and events and the promotion of cycling as a means of transportation and a way of life. Now they’re back in the UK and excited about performing their show and sharing their experiences.
Starts at 7.30pm, free entry, and will be like nothing you’ve ever seen. Come!
