Support your Body in doing what it loves: Yoga is so compatible with Cycling. These small group sessions are designed specifically for the needs of a cyclist’s body.
Be you a fair-weather commuter or a long-distance tourer, Yoga brings ease to hips, hamstrings, shoulders, backs and breath as well as sharping concentration and increasing stamina. So come and stretch out, then relax with a cuppa in the cafe.
We’ve got a number of sessions planned at over the summer, all 11.30am to 1.00pm.
