Seasonal supper club: Scandinavian winter

The last supperclub at Roll for the Soul before we close, and it’ll be a suitably celebratory vegan feast!

A vegan Julbrod selection with beetroot salad, aubergine ‘rollmops’, ‘shrimp’ salad and rye bread

Main course:
Seitan meatballs with white bean gravy on creamy mash, served with red cabbage casserole and lingonberry jam

Pudding, choice of:
Pumpkin, maple and cinnamon roll served with vanilla ice cream and spiced maple syrup
White cashew and dark chocolate mousse served with brandy berries
