Food and Wellbeing – 4 week introductory course to nutrition and health

Learn about healthy fats, vitamins, blood sugar and carbs, food labelling, sustainable food production, intuitive eating, and food and mood. With an emphasis on plant-based nutrition and enjoying delicious food!

The course is taught by Isy Schulz, a qualified nutritionist and passionate veggie cook. Classes are friendly and participatory, with a break in the middle, and tasty vegan nibbles are provided!
