As a Community Interest Company (CIC) we have to report each year to the CIC regulator. It’s a way of explaining how we’ve tried to benefit the community, and it enables the regulator to check that we’re not doing anything that’d be inappropriate for a non-profit. The most recent report that we’ve submitted is for 2016/17.

She’ll look ahead to the 2017 women’s season, across disciplines, and will explain what makes women’s racing different from but just as good as men’s.

I get news from The Guardian and my social media echo chamber, so widespread agreement that 2016 has been an utter ballbag should come as no surprise. But despite the end-of-days ambience, you have to seek out the positives. As the year draws to close, it’s comforting to look back and scrape together a list of not-altogether-shite things that have happened close to home. In no particular order, here are 10 good things from Roll for the Soul in 2016. Takeaway cups are a bit of a nightmare waste-wise. Although we only use compostable takeaway cups, lids and other packaging, we’d like to use less. So we’ll knock 30p off the price of a takeaway drink when you bring your own cup.

Jake & co. have been fixing bikes in Bristol for many years, and understand the needs of cycle commuters. These bikes have been designed with day-to-day utility riding firmly in mind.
